White Otter Outdoor Adventures is seeking a qualified professional, working full time seasonally at our headquarters in Sunbeam, Idaho in the Sawtooth National Recreation Area. We are a small family owned and operated business that values community and connection to nature. We offer guided day and multi-day rafting trips on the Wild and Scenic Salmon River.
We are seeking a positive, friendly, hard-working and organized individual to live in our community for the summer and manage our guided day stretch operations.
The Administrative Manager assists with all work from May through September, and at large represents our companies’ brand and values. Job responsibilities include guide scheduling, managing reservations, guest communications, social media, payroll, and running the office. While it is preferred that applicants have experience in customer service, our first priority is to find a quality individual who is passionate and enthusiastic about joining our community.
Sunbeam is a small town/community/village in a remote part of Idaho, so good communication skills, a positive attitude, a ‘can do’ approach, a willingness to learn, and open mindedness are necessary. While this is an ‘office’ management job, the quality of life in this region is unparalleled. There are great opportunities for fishing, whitewater rafting, kayaking, hiking, mountain biking and rock climbing in the Sawtooth National Recreation Area.
We are seeking either one person or a functional couple to fill this position. Housing/Accommodations can be provided on site for the duration of employment. Salary 14-18k depending on experience.
