Must be available June 15 - July 20, 2019.
Must have experience and willing to work under direction of the Camp Director. Meal plans are already ordered. Must be able to direct 2 assistants and prepare food including breakfast, lunch, dinner, and snacks in a timely manner for campers, staff, and counselors (approx. 140 people).
Duties include: Ordering food, inventory control, and have a basic understanding of food costs and kitchen protocols. Applicant must pass a Coconino County manager food handlers test, and obtain a permit.
Health insurance and fingerprint/background check required.
Food and lodging provided, salaried at $450-500 per week depending on experience.
