Outpost Summer Camps

Outpost Summer Camps provides traditional summer day camp to campers ages 3-14 in the Poway, Rancho Penasquitos, Carmel Valley and surrounding areas.

We are looking for outgoing, amazing people to join our 2018 staff!  You will learn valuable leadership, essential communication, and excellent decision-making skills that will help you in your future career. Our counselors are trusted leaders who make a difference in others' lives, and in their own, in just one summer at camp.

Working with children is fun, while at the same time intensely challenging. At Outpost Summer Camp, Senior Counselors lead their groups in the daily activities. With a sense of adventure and boundless enthusiasm, these counselors inspire the memories campers treasure for a lifetime. Group counselors are sensitive to campers needs and are excellent decision makers, are open to feedback and guidance from their directors and come to work each day with a smile!
